Typically 4-8 weeks depending on size and complexity. For time-sensitive gifts (birthdays, Christmas), please book at least 3-4 months in advance to ensure delivery on time.

Yes, shipping within South Africa is approximately R300. International shipping can be arranged on request. Paintings are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Yes! Eldri sends work-in-progress updates and welcomes feedback, especially in the early stages. Oil is a forgiving medium, so changes can be made throughout the painting process.
Yes, most commissions are painted from reference photographs. The better the photo quality, the better the result. See Tips for Reference Photos for guidance on providing good reference material.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Please discuss any concerns before the deposit is paid. If you need to cancel before work starts, a full refund can be arranged.
